Qualifications
Happy Tails is run by longtime Santa Cruz Mountain resident Lisa Olivio. Having recently taken retirement almost ten years early from her legthy career at the phone company, Lisa is now free to persue her love of animals.
As the owner and operator of Happy Tails, Lisa is a graduate of A Pet's World Academy, and is certified by the American Red Cross in pet first aid and CPR.
Happy Tails is member of Pet Sitters International (PSI) and bonded and insured by their policy for the care of your home and pets. Additionally, Happy Tails is a member of the Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce. Lisa has an enduring love for animlas of all kinds and truly cares about your pets!
